2. Worker Packages & Accommodation

• Top Dog Abroad provides access to worker rooms, accommodation, and seasonal work packages intended for individuals working abroad.
• Package details, inclusions, and durations will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
• Accommodation may be shared unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

• Payments made for worker rooms and seasonal packages are subject to the refund policies of the relevant accommodation provider, employer, or business.
• Refunds are issued at the discretion of the business and are not guaranteed unless legally required.
• Early departure, cancellation, or withdrawal from employment or accommodation does not automatically entitle the worker to a refund.

4. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights. All services provided by Top Dog Abroad comply with applicable UK and EU consumer protection laws. Where a conflict arises, statutory consumer rights will always take precedence.

5. Employment & Accommodation Disclaimer

• Employment terms, working hours, wages, and accommodation standards are determined by third-party employers or accommodation providers.
• Top Dog Abroad acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for changes to employment conditions or accommodation arrangements once the season has commenced.

6. Conduct & Responsibilities

• Workers are expected to behave responsibly and comply with local laws, accommodation rules, and employer policies.
• Serious misconduct may result in removal from accommodation or termination of employment without refund.
